How to Validate Email Addresses Online

1. Enter email addresses

Type or paste one email address or a bulk list. For bulk validation, paste multiple addresses separated by commas, semicolons, or newlines.

2. Validate instantly

The validator checks format, structure, and domain syntax against RFC 5321/5322 rules. Each address is flagged as valid or invalid with the specific reason.

3. Clean your list

Remove invalid addresses before importing into your email marketing tool, CRM, or database. Copy the validated list directly.

Why Validate Emails Before Sending?

Reduce bounce rates
Invalid addresses cause hard bounces, which damage your sender reputation with ISPs and email providers.
Protect sender score
A high bounce rate can get your domain flagged as a spammer, causing even valid emails to go to spam.
Save marketing costs
Most email platforms charge per contact or send. Removing invalid addresses reduces costs and wasted sends.
Clean CRM data
Invalid emails clog your CRM, skew engagement metrics, and make segmentation unreliable.
