Operator and acceptance
Mizakii is operated by Ali Hassan, an independent developer in Sialkot, Pakistan. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tools and output
Tools are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Generated legal templates are starting drafts, not legal advice. Currency estimates are not financial advice. Decoded tokens are not verified, and security-related output must be reviewed for the intended context.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mizakii to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, evade service limits, or submit information you are not permitted to send to a third party. Automated abuse or excessive requests may be restricted.
Third-party services
Some features depend on TinyURL, ipapi.co, Web3Forms, Vercel, and Google services. Their availability, accuracy, retention, and terms are controlled by those providers. Mizakii is not responsible for a third-party service becoming unavailable or changing its behavior.
Availability and changes
The site may be changed, corrected, limited, or discontinued without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Features labelled experimental may produce incomplete or incorrect results.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mizakii is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Ali Hassan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Mizakii name, site design, and original editorial content remain protected by applicable law. You retain rights in input you provide and are responsible for having permission to use it. Output may depend on your input and third-party libraries.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
